Location Verification: We operate strictly within a 5-7 KM radius of Pincode 400009. If you are outside this radius, you will be contacted to reschedule or refunded (only if canceled before dispatch).

Task Specification: You must specify the device and the exact issue (e.g., “Main server not connecting to LAN”). Generic complaints like “It’s not working” will incur extra diagnostic time and fees.

Third-Party Consent: If we are servicing a third-party system or office, you must provide the Point of Contact’s Name, Address, and Phone Number for verification before we proceed.

No-Refund Policy: Once the Jayom Infotech Engineer is assigned and en route to your location, strictly no refunds are applicable. We guarantee the effort, response time, and expertise.
IMPORTANT:
This is an exclusive, premium service operating strictly between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Full payment is required in advance to secure your timeslot. No refunds are issued once the booking time is confirmed and the engineer is assigned.
