Order Acceptance Protocol
- Payment: Your payment is an “Offer” to buy our services.
- Acceptance: Our formal “Order Acceptance” (via Email/WhatsApp/SMS) is the “Confirmation.”
- Expiry: If we do not respond to your service request within 3 working days, the order is automatically considered canceled due to unavailability. We will process your refund promptly upon request.
Key Terms Explained (Jargon Buster)
Proof of Purchase: This is your shield against fraud. It ensures you only refund people who actually paid
you and prevents “double refund” scams.ng insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As-Is: This is a powerful legal term. It means the buyer accepts the product in its current condition, “warts and all,” and cannot complain about pre-existing scratches or minor issues later.
Deemed: A legal word for “treated as.” (e.g., No response is
deemed as a cancellation).
