Return & Refund Policy for Online Bookings
1. General IT Services & Labor

Completed Services: Fees for general IT services, including but not limited to diagnostics, networking setup, hardware installation, and data recovery attempts, are strictly non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): AMC cancellations must be requested in writing. Refunds for AMCs are prorated based on the remaining months of the contract, minus a standard cancellation fee of 15%.

Emergency Support: Please note that our Premium Emergency IT Support service carries a separate, strict no-refund policy once an engineer is dispatched. Review the [Emergency Terms & Conditions] for specific details.
2. Hardware Components & Peripherals

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Items: If a physical hardware component (e.g., RAM, SSD, router, or peripheral) is found to be defective out of the box, you must report it to us within 7 days of the invoice date. We will replace the defective unit with an identical model at no extra charge after technical verification.

Manufacturer Warranty: After the initial 7-day period, all hardware components are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Jayom Infotech will assist in providing the necessary tax invoices for your warranty claims, but hardware replacements or repairs will be at the manufacturer’s discretion.

Incompatible Purchases: If you purchase hardware without prior consultation from our team and it is incompatible with your system, it may be returned within 7 days provided it is unopened, sealed, and in its original pristine packaging. These returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened hardware due to buyer remorse or incompatibility is non-returnable.
3. Software Licenses & Subscriptions
- Strictly Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of software licenses (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus software, operating systems) and cloud subscriptions are final and non-refundable once the product key or activation link has been issued or installed.
4. Special Orders & Custom Builds
- Custom-built servers, specialized IT infrastructure orders, and non-stocked items ordered specifically at a client’s request cannot be canceled or refunded once the procurement process has begun.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- To request a return for DOA hardware or dispute a service charge:

Email our support team with your original Invoice Number and a clear description of the issue.

Include photographs of the item and its packaging if claiming physical damage out of the box.

Do not ship or bring items back to our office without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation from our team.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from sales or services provided by Jayom Infotech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
